Our CAT Excavators are fitted with the cutting-edge Trimble 2D Flex system. Using an angle sensor, dual axis sensor and laser catcher it guides the operator to the desired depth and slope to maintain accurate dimensions. Leica surveying equipment is utilised to scan the ground to a tolerance of 0.1mm. This is used to create 3D surfaces from point-cloud data that maps water flow, checks height tolerances and performs volume take-offs. |  |
