The brief
One Sydney Harbour forms part of the premium residential development at Barangaroo, comprising luxury apartments, high-end amenities and demanding structural works within one of Sydney’s most prestigious waterfront precincts. Delivered by Lendlease over three years, the project required large-scale high-rise concrete construction to meet stringent quality, programme and architectural finish requirements, on a constrained CBD site.
What we did
Azzurri deployed an all-electric Schwing SP 3800 E pump alongside two tower placing booms and a spider boom on jump form to serve the upper structural levels. That configuration maintained placement capacity and programme throughout while meeting the tolerances the development demanded.
The outcome
Three years of sustained programme discipline across R2, R3 and the basement, on a site where every delivery, every pour and every crane movement had to be scheduled around a live precinct.
