FRP

Form, Reo, Pour

One Contractor, One Outcome

Structural concrete across large-scale industrial, commercial and social infrastructure in New South Wales and Queensland.

The Interfaces are where
jobs fail

Split a structure across a formwork contractor, a reinforcement contractor and a concrete contractor, and you have not reduced your risk. You have divided it three ways and taken on the job of holding it together.

When the deck is not ready, the reo is short, or the pour is booked against work that has not been signed off, the argument is about whose problem it is. Meanwhile, the crane is idle, and the programme is moving.

Under FRP, Azzurri carries all of it. Formwork, reinforcement and placement under one contract, one programme and one name on the outcome.

why it works

For the builder, it means one contractor instead of three or four: less overhead to manage, fewer interfaces to police, and one party accountable for the structure from excavation through to the finished slab. The coordination risk moves off your desk and onto ours.

For the structure Control. When the same team owns the formwork, the reo and the pour, the sequence is planned as one operation rather than negotiated between three. Our systems and our long-standing trade partners run the same way on every job, which is what makes the quality repeatable rather than lucky.

THE SCOPE OTHERS WALK PAST

Most concrete subcontractors quote the pour and leave the rest. Taking on formwork, reinforcement, excavation and piling means taking on more risk, more coordination and more people, and it requires the systems to carry all of it.

We built the business to do exactly that. It is why builders bring us into the projects where the structure cannot be allowed to become their problem.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
IN PRACTICE

At Qube Warehouse 5 in Moorebank, Qanstruct appointed us to the full package: supply, pump, place and finish, reinforcement supply and fix, detailed excavation, Bondek to the offices and all associated formwork, with the FRP scope on top.

Across 48,000 square metres the floor measured FF 109.9 and FL 112.5, a combined 222.4 against a world record of 153 that had stood since 2007. Two world records, and a Golden Trowel for high tolerance flat floors.

Nobody coordinates that result across three separate contractors.

ONE PACKAGE.
ONE POINT OF ACCOUNTABILITY.

Send us the drawings and the programme, and we will tell you what the full package looks like.
