THE SPECIFICATION CHANGES.
THE STANDARD DOES NOT.
Three sectors. One standard.
Three sectors, three sets of demands, one standard. We work across large-scale industrial, commercial and social infrastructure, and the concrete is asked to do something different in each.
The difference between them is not scale. It is what the concrete is being asked to do. An industrial floor is a performance surface. A commercial structure is a cycle time. A cultural building is the finished architecture. Success looks different for each one, and each one has to be planned for what it actually is.
What we bring to all three is the same. Owner-led accountability, systems built for high-control environments, and a fleet we own rather than hire, so the programme is
ours to hold.
Industrial Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution
Industrial is our core territory. Flatness, joint layout, curing regime, and pour sequence determine whether a racking system installs cleanly or whether the client is grinding six months after handover.
We take on excavation risk, FRP scope and large structural packages that most concrete subcontractors will not quote. That willingness, backed by the systems and the fleet to deliver it, is what a builder is really buying.
Our industrial work includes the Amazon Fulfilment Centre at Horsley Park at 50,177m³, Woolworths Distribution Centre at Eastern Creek at 60,872m³ and Woolworths Distribution Centre at Moorebank at 45,982m³. Qube Warehouse 5 at Moorebank Logistics Park holds the world record for floor flatness in its category.
We now work across South East Queensland, servicing the region’s infrastructure and logistics pipeline. We entered the market on an enterprise-scale project rather than a small one, with our own people, our own systems and our own supply chain established on the ground.
What we deliver:
- Complete FRP structural packages.
- Piling & detailed excavation.
- Formwork & stud welding.
- Ground slabs and hardstand.
- Structural elements.
- Reinforcement supply and fix.
Commercial Towers, Mixed Use & High Rise
We deliver suspended slabs, cores, columns and walls on multi-level commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, on some of the most constrained sites in Sydney. At One Sydney Harbour in Barangaroo, we worked with Lendlease across three years, running an all-electric pump alongside two tower placing booms and a spider boom on jump form to serve the upper structural levels. At the W Hotel at Darling Harbour, we placed approximately 28,000 m³ above critical underground infrastructure in a live city precinct, without disrupting it.
What we deliver:
- Suspended slabs.
- Core and lift shaft construction.
- Columns, walls and blade columns.
- Basement and substructure.
- Architectural and off-form finishes.
- Placement to upper levels by tower and spider boom.
Social infrastructure runs on assurance. The concrete is often the finished surface, the site is frequently live and occupied, and the client is an institution with reporting obligations attached to your performance.
This is where our governance capability earns its keep. Inspection and test plans, conformance reporting, staged works, and documentation are part of the package rather than something we scale up to meet.
Powerhouse Parramatta is the most significant investment in cultural infrastructure in New South Wales since the Sydney Opera House. We delivered the structural concrete package to a waterglass finish across large-volume, column-free presentation spaces on a constrained riverbank site in the middle of Parramatta. At Chau Chak Wing Museum for the University of Sydney, our work on a cantilevered form with off-form structural elements and exhibition-grade floors won an American Concrete Institute award, delivered under strict campus access protocols without impacting the programme.
What we deliver:
- Structural concrete to architectural specification
- Off-form walls and polished floors
- Precision-engineered slabs to archival and exhibition standards
- Staged works on live and occupied sites
- Compliance and reporting documentation
